Many have asked, who is the man behind the Jurassic Clarke brand, well its #A-1.  The silent powerhouse is an underground Hip Hop Artist based in Houston, Texas who exudes the art of music and poetry. Raised in Hiram Clarke, #A-1 began rapping in the 90’s and it has been therapeutic during some of his toughest times.   #A-1 strives to set a positive example for inner city children and demonstrates that regardless of the situation, their future can be greater than they imagined.

In addition to music, #A-1 has a strong passion for community enrichment. He volunteers as a coach for two youth basketball teams at local YMCA. #A-1 is dedicated to becoming actively engaged with his community and its leaders to provide awareness of health and economic development.
